Cushings Plus - 80 doses

Pituitary Pars Intermedia Dysfunction, better known as Cushing’s disease, is a painful, debilitating and potentially fatal condition for horses. While there is no cure for Cushing’s, the symptoms may be managed using our proprietary Cushing’s Formula, which increases blood flow and provides vital nutrition to the affected areas. Ingredients such as Chasteberry and Arginine will help the horse to finally shed that coat as well as reduce the severity of laminitis episodes, while antioxidants such as Vitamins C and E will improve the strength of the immune system, helping the body to fight the symptoms of this debilitating condition.

This formula will test at competitions. Please discontinue for 72 hours if your horse will be tested at a show.

Loading Dose: One scoop 2 x day for the first week

Maintenance – 1 scoop daily

Offers a hard science approach to the treatment of Laminitis. Current research indicates that the lack of normal blood supply to the hoof is a major factor in the onset, reoccurrence, and failure of laminitis cases to heal. Nitro PRO triggers the production of nitric oxide to damaged tissues to increase blood flow, stimulate the development of new blood vessels and prevent capillary blockage.

Dosage: 1 to 2 scoops (32 cc per 1000 lbs.) 2 x day for first 14 days, then 1 scoop 1 x day until problem is resolved.

Can be sprinkled/mixed with feed or given with an oral syringe so none is lost; 1 scoop water with 1-2 scoops powder, shake well. Slowly administer across tongue so horse laps it up (powder will stain when mixed with water).
